DMC Financial Snapshot™
A fixed-scope diagnostic that turns fragmented financial information into an independent read on cash flow, profitability and growth — with priorities quantified and an action plan you can defend.
Who it is for
Owner-managed businesses between roughly €1m and €50m of revenue, where the numbers exist but no one has put them together into a single, honest picture.
The problem it solves
Management accounts arrive late and disagree with the bank balance. Margin is known in aggregate but not by line. Growth decisions are made on instinct because nobody has time to quantify the alternatives. The Snapshot exists to end that state — once, properly, in writing.
Scope of work
- ICash
Thirteen-week cash view, working-capital cycle, and the specific movements that create or absorb liquidity.
- IIProfitability
Margin by product, service line or client where the data allows, separating structural margin from one-off effects.
- IIICost base
Fixed versus variable structure, operating leverage, and the cost lines that actually move the result.
- IVGrowth
Which revenue is repeatable, what it costs to acquire, and where growth is currently consuming value.
- VRisk
Concentration, covenant and financing exposures, stated plainly with their trigger points.

Risks and honest limits
The Snapshot is only as reliable as the records behind it. Where data is missing, conclusions are marked provisional. It is a diagnosis, not a guarantee of outcome, and it will not tell you what any market or asset will do next.
Questions
- What does it cost?
- Scope and fee are quoted in writing after a short intake call, because the work depends on the state of your records and the number of entities involved. No fee is charged before the scope is agreed.
- Is this financial advice?
- No. The Snapshot is an analytical and educational deliverable. It is not personalised investment, legal, tax or regulated financial advice, and it does not create an advisory relationship.
- Who prepares the work?
- The founder. Work is not delegated, outsourced or produced by an unnamed team.
- What if my bookkeeping is incomplete?
- That is common and it does not disqualify you. Where records are incomplete, the report states which conclusions are provisional and what would be needed to firm them up.
- Do you sell products or take commissions?
- No. The firm has no brokerage, custody or product-distribution relationships, and no third party pays for a conclusion.
Snapshot intake
Three short steps. Your answers are stored so the first conversation starts from evidence rather than from scratch. No fee is charged and no work begins until you accept a written scope.
